The Complete Architecture
5 years. 8 modules. 1,000+ hours. A complete architecture designed to transform school students into career-ready, portfolio-carrying young adults. This is what you're actually buying when you partner with OnliGrow.
How It Works
OnliGrow isn't content delivered in sessions. It's an interconnected system where every module feeds into every other module. AI projects use English presentation skills. Career guidance informs which competitions to enter. Business skills create real client projects that go into the portfolio. Digital tools power everything. It's designed as one machine.

Grade-by-Grade
Each grade has a distinct purpose, theme, and set of outcomes. No grade repeats another. Every year builds on the last.
“Discover everything. Fear nothing.”
Students discover AI for the first time (and build a chatbot by Q4), explore 50+ careers, start speaking English confidently, learn what business means, compete internally, get their .edu email and professional tools. Everything is new, everything is exciting.
Key Outcomes:
“Stop consuming. Start creating.”
The shift from consumer to creator. Students learn machine learning fundamentals, write pseudocode, build Scratch games, participate in their first hackathon, create a Fiverr profile, and start developing real opinions about their future.
Key Outcomes:
“Boards first. But don't stop building.”
Reduced hours because boards matter. But this is the year of the FIRST REAL PROJECT — something with actual external users. Students also build their GitHub Pages website, create LinkedIn profiles, and use AI as study tools for board prep.
Key Outcomes:
“Build everything now. Grade 12 is too late.”
This is where the magic happens. Python for AI. Generative AI deep dive. Real client projects that earn money or testimonials. National hackathon entries. And the APPLICATION KIT — 9 critical items that must be 80% complete by March.
Key Outcomes:
“Polish. Submit. Launch. Nothing new.”
Grade 12 is NOT for building. It's for shipping. The Freeze Protocol means: NO new projects, NO new competitions, NO new learning modules. Everything was built in Grade 11. Q1: polish applications + submit early. Q2: board exam support. Q3: GD/PI intensive + interviews. Q4: celebration + alumni onboarding.
Key Outcomes:
By the end of Grade 11, every OnliGrow student has these 9 items at 80%+ completion:
A Grade 12 student who has all 9 items is calm, confident, and focused on executing — not scrambling to build from scratch.
Flexible Entry
OnliGrow is designed so that a student joining at any grade gets a complete, self-contained experience for their level. We never compress previous years into a catch-up program. Instead, we provide fast-track bridges.
| Entry Grade | Bridge Program | Duration | What It Covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Grade 9 | Summer Intensive | 2 weeks (~20 hrs) | AI basics, career survey, English assessment, digital tools |
| Grade 10 | Q1 Boot Camp | 4 sessions (~8 hrs) | AI + ChatGPT, career assessment, digital identity, English baseline |
| Grade 11 | Onboarding Sprint | 2 weeks (~20 hrs) | AI accelerator, career roadmap, portfolio quickstart, psychometric |
| Grade 12 | Week 1 Orientation | 5 days (~10 hrs) | All tools setup, career assessment, portfolio build, board strategy |
Plus: our modular Bronze/Silver/Gold certifications are skill-based, not time-based. A Grade 10 joiner can earn Gold certification within 1 year. The 5-year student has breadth. The late joiner has intensity. Both paths are valid.
