Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of OnliGrow's website, platform, demos, and related services ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use OnliGrow
The Services are designed for schools, school leaders, educators, students (with appropriate consent), parents, and partners. If you use the Services on behalf of a school or organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services — including no unauthorised access, no scraping, no reverse engineering, no upload of unlawful content, and no use that interferes with or disrupts the platform for other users.
3. School and student data
Schools own the data they upload. OnliGrow processes student data strictly to deliver the Services, in line with our Privacy Policy and the DPDP Act 2023. We never sell student data and never use it for advertising.
4. Intellectual property
All software, content, branding, and materials provided through the Services remain the property of OnliGrow or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services as agreed.
5. Fees and subscriptions
Pricing for paid plans is communicated in writing during onboarding or via your school's order form. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement for material breach with 30 days written notice. On termination, schools may export their data for 30 days, after which it is securely deleted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnliGrow's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
