Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every school working with OnliGrow to feel confident about their investment. This policy explains when refunds apply and how cancellations work.

Annual subscriptions

Schools can request a full refund within 14 days of the start of a new annual subscription if no student data has been actively processed. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time and continue accessing the platform until the end of your paid term.

Pilot programs

Pilot programs (typically 60–90 days) are non-refundable once kicked off, because we deploy a dedicated success team for the duration. If you decide not to continue after the pilot, there are no further charges.

One-time setup fees

Setup, onboarding, and training fees are non-refundable once work begins. If you cancel before kickoff, the full setup fee is refunded.

How to request a refund

Email billing@onligrow.com with your school name and the reason for the request. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel future renewals at any time by emailing billing@onligrow.com. Your school keeps access until the end of the current paid term, and we hand over an export of your data within 30 days of cancellation.

Disputes

If you believe an amount has been incorrectly charged, contact us within 30 days of the invoice date and we'll investigate. For unresolved billing disputes, our Grievance Officer will respond within 15 days as required by the DPDP Act 2023.
