Why we started
We watched too many bright students follow the only path they knew because no one showed them alternatives. Too many schools wanted to teach skills and build portfolios, but lacked the time, tools, and evidence systems to do it at scale.
OnliGrow combines structured skill journeys, mentor access, portfolio evidence, and leadership analytics into one platform that runs alongside the school day — without adding to teacher workload.
